Just in case your kid happens to be one of the millions of fat little turds that’s managed to reach obesity before they even hit their teens, Time magazine has put together a list of nine foods kids need to avoid. The list contains items ranging from Sunny D to Goldfish crackers and offers a compelling argument for why you should cut these foods out of your kid’s diet all together. They also go so far as to offer possible substitutions, though the suggestion of attempting to replace mac and cheese with whole grain rice does seem a bit preposterous. After all, we’re adults, and even we’d be totally bummed out if some a-hole tried to pull that swap on us.
