Since we were on the subject of healthy food options earlier today, it seemed pretty appropriate that someone directed our attention to this video of chicken fried bacon strips from Texas Country Cooking. For the past 7 years Sodolak’s Original Country Inn in Snook, Texas has offered up this ludicrously caloric dish (with a side of country gravy, of course), defending the rights of citizens everywhere to choose what type of food they want to put in their bodies. After all, it’s the American way.
