An article appearing yesterday on PressDemocrat.com‘s food blog, Bite Club, asked the increasingly relevant question, “How much power do food critics really have anymore?

With an increasing number of outlets for everyday restaurant goers to make themselves heard, the days of restaurant critic relevance may be waning. What do you think? Do you still trust food critics, or would you rather see what the general public has to say?
