The 7th Annual Grilled Cheese Invitational is coming up fast, and on April 25th approximately 300 competitors will converge in LA to participate in the ultimate test of a chef’s culinary skills. Daily Fork’s own Rebecca Kelley already pointed out the grilled cheese sandwich is one of the childhood staples that should still be enjoyed as an adult, and we couldn’t agree more. This is the type of event we can rally behind, and although we’re not going to be able to make it to LA for the festivities, we’ll be cooking up our own grilled cheese sandwiches as a show of support.
