Pizzeria Delfina in San Francisco has taken a unique approach to dealing with their negative reviews. Rather than trying to control what people are saying about them online, which is a pretty impossible task, they’ve taken to twisting negative publicity into an amusing in-joke and are having employees wear t-shirts adorned with some of the negative reviews they’ve received on Yelp!.
Although there are numerous reviews currently being used for the employee “uniforms” the simplicity of the shirt simply stating, “This place sucks,” is awfully hard to resist.
