There’s a certain flair to street food that’s almost impossible to replicate in a restaurant setting. However, that doesn’t mean it’s not worth trying to recreate some of the best dishes in the comfort of your own home. ImportFood.com has an impressive Thai Street Food series of video clips featuring everything from Pad Thai to Hoi Tod. The clips come complete with a corresponding recipe, in case you’re unable to follow the street vendor’s every move, and about halfway through the first video, we were ready to book a trip and just start working our way down the line sampling as many foods as possible.
