Usage Data and Site Activity

  • Business Partners - We may share your subscriber information which includes your Identifiers, Characteristics of Protected Classifications Under California or Federal Law, Geolocation Information, Commercial Information, Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information, Professional or Employment Information and Consumer Inferences, with our business partners. The business partners include general business partners, affiliates, and joint venture partners. We share this information with them so that they can send you information about our products and services as well as third party products and services. When you choose to take part in our services and/or offerings, you are authorizing us to provide your email address and subscriber information you have entered to our business partners. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Third-Party Data Sources

We may collect Personal data from third-party data sources such as consumer reporting agencies, Network Partners, Marketing & Data Analytic Partners, and Service Providers that interact with Us in connection with the Website function or Services We perform.

When you request select Services, We may ask for your consent to conduct a soft credit pull to obtain your credit score and debt amount from your personal credit report and other information about you from each consumer reporting agency in order to verify and confirm data you have already provided to connect you with the appropriate network partner to provide the services you request. You understand that a soft credit pull will not negatively impact your credit score and may be reflected on your credit report for up to two years. By giving your consent, you are providing “written instructions” to Us under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), as amended, to access your Account Information from each national consumer reporting agency about you. You also agree and hereby authorize Us to transmit your information to Our authorized service providers as provided in this Privacy Policy as necessary to provide you with the Services you have requested. This information will not be shared or disclosed to any non-affiliated third party. We will only use this information for verification and confirmation purposes.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies (a small text file placed on your computer to identify your computer and browser) and other automated tools such as pixels to track your interaction with Our Site and to improve the experience of Our Site and Services, such as saving your preferences from visit to visit to present you with a customized version of the Website. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of Our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Trusted Form and Jornaya

We use ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm and/or Jornaya’s Lead ID Script to independently document users’ consent to be contacted. These scripts may be embedded on our website and collect the following information when you interact with the page(s) where the script is present: page URL, mouse movements and clicks, contact information inputted by the user, a snapshot of the page, including IP address of the user’s computer, time on the page, date and time that the script was loaded, as well as the date and time of the various user interactions with the page, and HTTP headers from the user’s browser. When acting for companies on whose behalf we perform work as a service provider (“Clients”), we may collect, use, and disclose Personal Data for the purpose of servicing those Clients. We are not permitted to provide access to specific pieces of Personal Data that creates a high risk of potential harm from disclosure to an unauthorized person such as social security numbers and driver’s license numbers. Right to Delete

You have the right to request that We delete any Personal Data We have collected about you. Please understand that We are not required to honor a deletion request if a legal exemption applies such as if We need the information to complete a requested or reasonably anticipated transaction, prevent security incidents or fraud, enable internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations, or comply with legal obligations. We will process verified requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law. To prevent unauthorized individuals from making deletion requests, you must provide required information and/or documentation to verify your identity. We will retain a copy of your deletion request for at least two years as required by law.

Right to Correct

You have the right to request that We correct inaccurate Personal Data We maintain about you. After you request to correct inaccurate Personal Data, We will provide instructions for you to provide Us with optional documentation to support your request and We will consider it. We may decline to correct your Personal Data if a legal exemption applies such as if We determine that your request is fraudulent or abusive or if We determine, based on the totality of the circumstances, that your correction is more likely inaccurate than accurate. We will process appeal requests within 45 days of receipt, subject to any applicable exemptions and extensions permitted by law. If We deny your appeal, We will provide you with a written explanation of the reasons for Our decision. If you are not satisfied with Our explanation for the denial of your appeal, you may have an additional right under certain laws to contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint about the appeal results. Submitting a Request

If you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada or Virginia resident and would like to exercise your rights, you may submit a request through our online privacy request form.

Authorized Agent

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for another consumer, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or written authorization from the Consumer (along with proof of your identity). You will be provided options on how to provide this documentation after submitting the request. We may contact you or the Consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We do not discriminate against person who exercise any of their rights described in Our privacy policy.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We will immediately take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
