Ramen might not be the most exciting food you can order, but having it prepared by robots certainly goes a long way toward amping up the novelty a bit. The below video from Scientific American offers a look at one restaurant in Japan that’s putting technology on display by using robots as chefs. The robotic chefs have the ability to boil noodles, pour bowls, and add toppings, with the entire process taking approximately 1 minute 40 seconds per bowl. It’s too bad the chefs on Hell’s Kitchen can’t operate with the same level of precision, since it might actually save Gordon Ramsay from having an aneurysm before season’s end.
