Comedian Bruce Bruce joked about how the only way people could upset him was if they told him “Popeye’s Fried Chicken or Krispy Kreme donuts were going out of business.” Well, Popeye’s might not be going out of business, but thanks to a low-priced special, two New York locations were temporarily shut down because they ran out of chicken.
