The Little Bay Restaurant in Central London is completely eliminating all checks during the month of February, instead, encouraging diners to simply pay what they feel is fair. It’s part of an experiment to combat the credit crisis and offer a bit of relief for patrons who are strapped for cash.
So far there has reportedly been a reasonable amount of success, with some diners even paying above the originally listed price.
