Here’s what was being written about today in the world of food and dining news:
- SFoodie gets things started with five great San Francisco food t-shirts. There’s nothing quite like embracing criticism by putting it right on your restaurant’s shirts.
| Shirts from Pizzeria Delfina featuring one customer’s angry Yelp review. |
- Fat City discusses the five-dollar sweet spot for fast food chains. If only there was a song about foot-long sandwiches in that price range…
- Chow Bella features six things wait staff should know when waiting on families. We’d add a seventh item, never make fun of the child’s coloring, no matter how crappy it might be.
- Lastly, Clean Plate Charlie responds to the ‘New York Times” list of “One Hundred Things Restaurant Staffers Should Never Do,” by pointing out the six things the customer should always do. You can basically sum up all six items under the banner of, “Just don’t act like a dick.”
