Here’s what was being written about today in the world of food and dining news:
- The Hot Dish brings us up to speed on the Chicago man who ate nothing but sausage pizza for an entire month. It must be sad knowing that no matter what you do next, the best month of your life has already come and gone.

- Fat City provides some news on the evolution of the Starbucks reward program. As long as we still get free Wi-Fi, they can do whatever the heck they want.
- Short Order gives us an entertaining diversion by offering up the top five sassiest drink names. However, it should probably be noted that no self-respecting male would order any of them.
- And lastly, in this week’s edition of Cheap Wine that Doesn’t Suck, Clean Plate Charlie sings the praises of the 2007 Beringer California Cabernet Sauvignon. And by singing praises, we mean they call it a “respectable” wine that “gets the job done.”
