In what may have been “a final ‘up yours’ to the French” Bush had enacted a 300 percent tariff on Roquefort cheese. Set to go into effect next week, Roquefort was given a last minute reprieve, and it looks like the pungent cheese is safe for the time being. However, it doesn’t hurt to Stockpile just in case.
