Here’s what’s going on today in the world of food and dining news:

We were just told it’s National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, and while we would never make fun of anyone suffering from an eating disorder, we most certainly would choose to ignore this bummer of a story and instead spend some time learning about a guy who makes ice cream.

Seriously, ice cream makes us way happier than eating disorders.

On a completely different note, thetruthaboutrockstar.com is calling for a boycott of the well-known energy drink because of its association with ultra-conservative radio personality Michael Savage. Honestly, we’re not really sure what to think of this news, so we’re going to go grab ourselves another scoop of ice cream instead.

And, lastly, because it wouldn’t be Friday without some booze news, here’s a beer review we missed in yesterday’s roundup. Even though it might not be the best beer, it’s the one thing that will take our minds off of ice cream as we finally head into the weekend.
