An increasing number of bars are starting to offer non-alcoholic “mocktails” in an attempt to help designated drivers and non-drinkers tally up a hefty bill. It’s a winning scenario for the bars, and gives them a way to get more money from the one group of customers least likely to pass out or make an ass of themselves on a Friday night.
