Today in the world of food and dining:

It seems the rest of America loves free stuff even more than I do, and Denny’s across the nation were swarmed by people looking to cash in on their free Grand Slam Breakfast. In San Francisco, the Mission Street Denny’s had lines going in both directions as mobs of people waited patiently for their $6 breakfast.

Definitely worth the wait.

Since yesterday was Groundhog Day, and that little a-hole predicted six more weeks of winter, one curious blogger did some investigating as to whether Punxsutawny Phil is a viable meal option. The answer appears to be “yes,” and we always recommend eating groundhog while watching a Bill Murray movie. Preferably Ghostbusters.

We’ve always considered Mac ‘n’ Cheese one of life’s little staples, but this interview, brought to our attention by our friends at OC Weekly, definitely puts our dedication to shame.
