Obviously everyone is desperate to know exactly what was on the menu at the first state dinner hosted by the Obamas. Fortunately, Fork in the Road was able to gather the full scoop on what was served at the White House Sunday night. In a one-hundred-and-eighty degree turn from the previous administration, mini corn dogs were omitted from the menu.
If you’ve ever wondered about the etiquette of tipping at an open bar, then wonder no more. As always, Seattle Weekly’s Ask the Bartender feature provides the answer. Spoiler alert: if you don’t, then you’re kind of a cheap-ass.
