Food Roundup for August 6
Here’s what was being written about today in the world of food and dining news:
Clean Plate Charlie continues their tradition of rating the chains, and this week they’re taking a stab at Arby’s Roastburger. Without spoiling too much of the review, I will say they liked the bun.

Meanwhile, Fat City discusses Wal-Mart’s brutal attack on the Girl Scouts of America. Didn’t Wal-Mart know they’re not allowed to compete with children?
In do it yourself recipe news, The Hot Dish spills their secret to creating, “homemade popsicles that are so good bluebirds will land on your fingertips and ask for a bite.” We hate bluebirds, but love popsicles. What a dilemma.
And lastly, as an ode to grammar Nazis and fans of correct pronunciation, Stick a Fork in It spouts off about the difference between “Bleu” versus “Blue.” Since we hate being wrong, we’ll keep calling our dish “chicken with ham and Swiss cheese” just to be safe.
