North koreas first beer commer

We covered it in our roundup yesterday, but in case you missed it, North Korea finally hopped on the beer train and has debuted the country’s first ever beer commercial. Sadly, there is no translation provided in the video, but fortunately for the English only crowd, the MarioKart-like music and impressive text effects still manage to convey a sense of wonder and excitement. We’re assuming the beer won’t be making its way stateside anytime soon, but in the meantime we can certainly enjoy watching the commercial and pining for a nice cool glass of “Taedong River Beer.”
