Here’s what was being written about today in the world of food and dining news:
The acclaimed New York restaurant Mr. Chow’s has filed a lawsuit against chef Philippe Chow, alleging that he is a trademark-stealing, name-changing, experience-exaggerating fraud. Let the food fight begin.
Meanwhile, Gut Check was kind enough to provide another reminder about tomorrow’s Chick-fil-a promotion. Remember, dress like a cow, get free food.
And lastly, Seattle Weekly’s Voracious has the lowdown on how to score some 5 cent coffee from Krispy Kreme. Actually, apparently that’s the price they’ve been charging ever since October. Man we feel out of the loop on this one.
