In non-peep related news, we must have had our head in the sand, because we were completely unaware of Wendy’s reverse auction. However, if you want the scoop on what you probably also missed out on, Fat City has the story. Spoiler warning: be prepared to cry when you find out you missed a chance to win Chuck Norris’ jacket.
Also, in drinking news, City of Ate drops some “facts” on Pernod Absinthe’s marketing department. However, we didn’t really have a chance to read the article because we were too busy closing our eyes and plugging our ears like a little kid.
And lastly, if you want some good weekend reading, Seattle Weekly recommends Cooking Dirty by Jason Sheehan. We’re guessing it’s the perfect way to feel like an industry insider without actually having to get your hands dirty or do any of the work. Just the way we like it.
