Here’s what was being written about today in the world of food and dining news:
- Fat City kicks things off by taking a look at the age-old question, “Is it ever OK to double-dip?” We say, of course it’s okay, but only when we do it.

- Short Order helps get ready for the big game with a bacon edition of the top 10 Super Bowl appetizer recipes. Though we still don’t condone the consumption (or existence) of bacon vodka.
- Squid Ink is offering a haggis update for anyone who was eagerly awaiting a verdict on whether the U.S. would legalize importation of the Scottish delicacy. Spoiler Alert: the answer is no.
- And lastly, Stick a Fork In It tries to make everyone on the internet slightly less socially awkward by providing a list of five cultural faux pas to avoid. Not that any Daily Fork readers would actually make a mistake.
