While grabbing lunch this afternoon at the incredible Red Mill Burgers in Seattle, I came across something remarkable, a bacon tower the likes of which I’d never seen. I had to awkwardly ask one of the employees to move out of the way so I could get a picture, and she was kind enough to begrudgingly oblige.
