Item #3: Coffee Jelly |
A recent article from FlavoredDelights.com offered up the 10 most unusual and strange recipes from around the world. However, unlike many lists of unusual or bizarre food items, the majority of these don’t seem entirely unpleasant. Unfortunately the specific recipes aren’t actually provided on the site, only a list of the ingredients contained in each item. Still, with a little bit of sleuthing, you can easily track down the recipe for any of the unusual foodstuffs that happen to strike your fancy.
Of the 10 items, the only one that gets our stomach churning just reading about it is the Bloody Leroy. We love coffee way too much to put that much crap in it before drinking a cup. Irish is one thing, but adding any sort of smoky or vinegary flavors is where we draw the line.
