Yesterday we stumbled across an article containing 10 tips for dealing with picky eaters and although it was geared primarily toward parents, we know our fair share of adults that could benefit from branching out a little bit as well.

The list contains a few quick pointers for parents struggling to get their children to adopt a more well-rounded diet than pizza, mac and cheese, and stuff with ketchup on it. Although the tips seem reasonably helpful for children, we’re somewhat skeptical that cutting food into fun shapes and threatening to withhold dessert is going to be nearly as effective on a 30-year-old. However, it’s definitely worth a try.
