Everyone’s favorite marginally racist spokesdog, Gidget, died yesterday at the age of 15. Best remembered for her role as Taco Bell’s mascot, and the famous line, “Yo Quiero Taco Bell,” which became a cultural phenomenon in the late ’90s, Gidget had also appeared in Geico commercials as well as the film Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde.
Gidget, you will be missed.
