In our first post after returning from the Christmas holiday, it’s only fitting that we offer up a picture of the most unfortunate gift we received this holiday season. Far be it from us to judge someone for enjoying a good old fashioned bag o’ pork rinds, but as soon as this fattening snack crosses over into the land of microwavable food products our skepticism starts pinging off the charts.
On a positive note though, if you’re counting carbs, microwave pork rinds can still be a healthy part of your diet.
