After tasting a few classic drinks, the segment culminates in the creation of a new cocktail called, &#8220;The Colbert Bump.&#8221; It&#8217;s 1 oz cherry brandy, 1.5 oz gin, a little bit of lemon juice, and some soda water to top it all off. We can only imagine this drink will be popping up on cocktail menus in no time.
