Since we&#8217;ve been to Las Vegas a number of times, we knew all water wasn&#8217;t created equal, but it still seems odd to think the chemical content in our water was what ruined our trip to the buffet at Excalibur.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\" style=\"display: inline;\"><\/p>\n<table class=\"image center\" align=\"center\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\">\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"caption\">The champagne of waters<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On the Kellogg&#8217;s controversy front, the brand continues to get <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.citypages.com\/food\/2009\/02\/kelloggs_gets_f.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flack over their decision to drop Michael Phelps<\/a>, with some websites even calling for a boycott of Kellogg&#8217;s products. Meanwhile, Subway has managed to sidestep the negative press simply by keeping Phelps on the payroll. <\/p>\n<p>In &#8220;we&#8217;ve been living a lie&#8221; news, it would appear <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.riverfronttimes.com\/gutcheck\/2009\/02\/fun_facts_ricotta_cheese_steven_jenkins_st_louis_food_blog_021209.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ricotta Cheese might not actually be a cheese<\/a> at all. Because ricotta is made from whey it is in fact a dairy product, but technically not a cheese. This comes as a major blow since we had just recently moved past Pluto&#8217;s demotion from planet status.<\/p>\n<p>And lastly, for those of you that DVRd last night&#8217;s Top Chef and have yet to watch it, this is the part where you should stop reading. But, for anyone that has been as riveted by this season as we have, here&#8217;s a nice <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.villagevoice.com\/forkintheroad\/archives\/2009\/02\/what_a_long_str.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recap of the last New York episode of Top Chef season 5<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"footer\">\n<div class=\"tags\">\n<div style=\"border-bottom: 1px solid #CF7D17;
