<\/span>Smart Money Magazine has compiled a list of 10 things celebrity chefs won’t tell you<\/a>. Some of the items definitely fall into the “well, duh” category, since it’s hard to imagine anyone eating at one of Emeril’s restaurants in Vegas really thinks the famous chef is personally preparing their food. But, other items are a little more surprising, and the distinction between bona fide chefs and people who have a cooking show is definitely worth noting. I can cook in the privacy of my own home, and I could maybe even stumble through a demonstration on how to make a simple dish, but I absolutely could NOT run an actual kitchen. Ever. <\/p>\n
