There’s a certain flair to street food that’s almost impossible to replicate in a restaurant setting. However, that doesn’t mean it’s not worth trying to recreate some of the best dishes in the comfort of your own home. ImportFood.com<\/a> has an impressive Thai Street Food<\/a> series of video clips featuring everything from Pad Thai to Hoi Tod. The clips come complete with a corresponding recipe, in case you’re unable to follow the street vendor’s every move, and about halfway through the first video, we were ready to book a trip and just start working our way down the line sampling as many foods as possible.<\/p>\n
