The Glamour cherries, which are said to be the only cherries in the world available at this time of year, are being <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/foodanddrink\/foodanddrinknews\/5131864\/Cherries-costing-195-per-kilo-on-sale.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sold at Harrods in London for an astonishing 195 pounds per kilogram<\/a>. This breaks down to right around 3 British pounds per individual cherry. <\/p>\n<p>Now we&#8217;ll be the first to admit the seasonality of fruit can be somewhat frustrating, but under no circumstances have we ever contemplated shelling out over 145 bucks just for a little over a pound of cherries. That is absolutely absurd.
