The study revealed that 71% of women between the ages of 18 and 25 dramatically overestimated the number of drinks they were expected to have at an event, guessing an average of 1.5 times more than the men who participated in the survey. <\/p>\n<p>The research suggested many <a href=\"http:\/\/news.smh.com.au\/breaking-news-national\/women-drinking-to-excess-a-turnoff-20090311-8uuz.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">young women may believe men find excessive drinking &#8220;sexually attractive and appealing,&#8221;<\/a> but it also showed most men&#8217;s attraction had little to do with whether a female was consuming massive amounts of alcohol.
