We would like to rename it &#8220;Team Coco Lopez,&#8221; but we&#8217;re pretty sure the company&#8217;s not down with that. <\/p>\n<p>Recipe from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.drinksmixer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">drinksmixer.com<\/a>:<br \/>\n1 1\/2 oz light rum<br \/>\n2 oz Coco Lopez\u00ae cream of coconut<br \/>\n2 oz pineapple juice<br \/>\n1 cup crushed ice<\/p>\n<p>Blend until smooth with one cup of ice, and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry. Get soused and walk around the mall burning an effigy of the large-chinned man that just won&#8217;t go away.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>2) Flan de Coco<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\" style=\"display: inline;\"><\/p>\n<table class=\"image center\" align=\"center\" border=\"0\" width=\"650\">\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyfork.com\/files\/flan.jpg\" onclick=\"window.open('..\/..\/flan.jpg','popup','width=1024,height=768,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0'); return false\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"flan.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/dailyfork.com\/files\/assets_c\/2010\/01\/flan-thumb-250x187.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"187\"\/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"credit\">From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/tiffanyvelez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tiffany Velez&#8217;s<\/a> flickr stream<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>&#8203;<\/span>Latin and lovely, this rich egg custard dessert has a Caribbean twist that, well, doesn&#8217;t remind us of anything about our tall, pasty Irish funnyman, but it has the word &#8220;coco&#8221; in the title, so just deal with it, alright?<\/p>\n<p>Recipe from <a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">allrecipes.com<\/a>:<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups white sugar<br \/>\n1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk<br \/>\n1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk<br \/>\n1\/2 cup milk<br \/>\n6 eggs<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fresh shredded coconut<\/p>\n<p>Place 1 cup of the sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook gently, without stirring, but shaking occasionally until the sugar has melted. Continue cooking until the sugar has completely melted, and turned golden brown. Pour into a large, glass baking dish. Spread the caramel evenly over the bottom of the dish, then set aside to cool for 15 minutes before proceeding. <\/p>\n<p>Once the caramel has hardened, pour the condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk, eggs, 1\/2 cup sugar, and coconut into a blender. Blend for 3 minutes until smooth. Pour into baking dish over the caramel.<\/p>\n<p>Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until set. When done, remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes. Run a knife (feel free to use the same knife Leno and NBC used to stab Conan in the back) around the edges of the dish to separate the flan from the sides. Refrigerate overnight. Watch <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ugk37TvIR8E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this<\/a> and relax.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>3) Coco Loco<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\" style=\"display: inline;\"><\/p>\n<table class=\"image center\" align=\"center\" border=\"0\" width=\"650\">\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyfork.com\/files\/im_with_coco.jpg\" onclick=\"window.open('..\/..\/Im_With_Coco.jpg','popup','width=346,height=538,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0'); return false\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Im_With_Coco.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/dailyfork.com\/files\/assets_c\/2010\/01\/im_with_coco-thumb-250x388.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"388\"\/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>&#8203;<\/span>So perhaps a theme is developing here with all the tropical drinks. Can we help it that &#8220;coco&#8221; is short for &#8220;coconut&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>Recipe from <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyfork.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">drinksmixer.com<\/a>:<br \/>\n1 oz dark rum<br \/>\n1 oz light rum<br \/>\n1\/2 oz vodka<br \/>\n1\/2 oz creme de bananes<br \/>\n1\/2 oz pineapple juice<br \/>\n1\/2 oz coconut cream<br \/>\n1\/2 oz sugar syrup<\/p>\n<p>Pour the rum, vodka, creme de bananes, pineapple juice, coconut cream and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. French onion<br \/>\nRice<\/p>\n<p>Cook bear meat until well done; drain excess fat in frying pan. Mix all ingredients with bear meat and bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
