After encouraging customers to voice their opinions about the new Domino’s Pizza recipe, Domino’s seems to be having second thoughts. The site Pizza Turnaround<\/a> has been coming under fire for selectively choosing which tweets are appearing on their site after initially being overwhelmed by some undesirable feedback. It turns out, that when you ask people to offer public feedback, it won’t all be positive.<\/p>\n

It appears that Domino’s has learned a hard lesson in the pitfalls of social media, and the Domino’s Twitter failure<\/a> is already being chronicled by numerous sites. Fortunately, there seems to be a silver lining, as Domino’s Pizza’s new policy of selectively hand-picking which tweets they’d like to include on their home page offers a nice illusion of a positive public response.<\/p>\n
