The first time I went to Voodoo Doughnut<\/a>, I was bullied into trying the Cap’n Crunch doughnut by an employee mocking my boring order of a cruller, bacon maple bar, and plain glazed old-fashioned. Thank God I did.<\/p>\n

The Captain Crunch doughnut is better than it has any right to be. The crispness of the Crunch Berries pairs perfectly with the fluffiness of the doughnut, making for an awesome breakfast substitute (provided your goal is to have a heart attack by the time you turn 40.)<\/p>\n

?<\/span>We’ve sung the praises of Voodoo Doughnut<\/a> before, but since the Bacon Maple Bar seems to be getting most of the press, we thought it was time to shed a little light on this under-appreciated gem.
