A restaurant in Staten Island is using a rotating staff of eight Italian-born grandmothers to provide diners with a revolving menu representing Italy’s various regional cuisines. New York Daily News reports the women have “no problem cooking restaurant-style after years of feeding big families,” and having grown tired of, “their husbands nitpicking over their specialties, they jumped at the chance to slave over a hot stove for grateful diners at the St. George eatery.”
