The Global Healing Center published a list earlier this month of 7 berries you should eat everyday. It’s no shock these berries have some major health benefits, but looking over the list all at once drives home the number of options you have when it comes to at least including a few healthier components in your daily routine. Oddly, Frankenberry didn’t seem to count as a legitimate berry, but blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and even cherries all made the list as items everyone should be eating more of. We’re pretty sure this list has shamed us into picking up even more fresh produce the next time we go to the grocery store. After all, we do need something to accompany all the steak and spareribs we’ve been grilling lately.
