It’s not like we’re picky eaters, but Casu Marzu ranks as one of the rare food items we’d be slightly reluctant to try. Considered a delicacy, to the outsider, this maggot-infested cheese seems closer to something from an episode of Fear Factor than a caviar-like luxury item. However, in spite of this, the video below gives some great insight into both the process and significance of this unusual food item.
