It’s no big shock that every time you decide to spoil yourself with some ice cream, a donut, or even a few slices of pizza, you’re digging a caloric hole requiring ample amounts of exercise just to get out of. The more calories you eat, the more exercise you’ll need in order to keep yourself from ballooning up like a float in the Thanksgiving Day parade. It’s pretty simple math really. But, since we hate math, we’re grateful Yahoo! Food was willing to crunch the numbers and tell us the amount of exercise required to cancel out some of the chain-restaurant guilty pleasures. Still, we’re pretty certain there has to be a better way to burn off a Starbucks cinnamon roll than 85 minutes of dancing.
