Anthony Bourdain Samples Foie Gras Vodka

In a scene from the cutting room floor, No Reservations host Anthony Bourdain tours St. George Spirits and finds himself in the unique position of tasting a test batch of foie gras vodka. Although the spirit has minimal value as a stand alone drink, both the distillers and Bourdain seem to have a great time listing the numerous ways it could be used in the context of a meal.

It’s hard to imagine foie gras vodka making a huge splash on the market–after all, it’s no Bakon–but as a niche product, it’s definitely an interesting idea.
