In a move that should send chills down the spine of Charles Shaw, 7-Eleven has announced that it will be offering its own brand of wine. The Dallas Observer is reporting that, “thanks to a partnership with its Japanese sibling, Seven-Eleven Japan,” the U.S. 7-Eleven locations will be offering their own private label: Yosemite Road. The best part of this announcement (provided you’re either a wine-o or value hunter of course), the new label is going to be retailing for $3.99 a bottle. Personally, I can’t wait to see how it stacks up in a balls to the wall wine-off with a bottle of two buck chuck.
